This was something I had been wanting to do for a little while now; draw Kahlan Amnell, the Mother Confessor, from the excellent novel series "Sword of Truth" by Terry Goodkind. This is kind of a scene from the first novel "Wizard's First Rule", slightly adjusted to suit my artistic purposes *g*. There are those who will have read the novel series as well and have differing opinions on the vision of the main characters, which is more than fine. This is just how *I* have always envisioned Kahlan Amnell of the Sword of Truth series. Here she's being chased by members of the 'Quad' who had been sent to kill her while she stands defiantly in the foreground challenging you, the viewer, to stand up for what's right or go cower in some hole and leave her do what needs to be done!
